Q - I'm still not sure how to order anything yet. How do you order?
A - First, you would print out the Order Form. Second, you would fill it out and put what items you want. Third, you would get the right amount of money and your order
form you have filled out and mail it out to the address on the order form. Easy as that! Then your order will arrive
in about a week - 2 weeks depending on where you live or if I have all your items in stock.
Q - What would happen if I accidently sent in not enough money with the order form?
A - I will first send you an email and/or call saying what has happened, then send your order form and money back to
you in the mail. Another option is to take off one of the items to recalculate. Next I would send your order with any overcharge
you had left.
Q - What if I accidently sent more money than my order was worth?
A - I will sent back any money with your order that wasn't supposed to come with the order
form.
Q - Why isn't my order coming in between 1 week to 2 weeks?
A - It may depend on where your located at? If you live in California or Florida, it may be that
it hasn't got there yet. Or all the items you have ordered may not be in stock. I will ship your whole order out if I have
everything in stock. No back orders.
Q - How do I cancel my order?
A - You must call 301-667-0218 immediately. Orders may ship out the day of the order form and money
coming in. If your order has already been shipped out, you must send all items back with nothing opened. You must not even
open the box or container it came in. If you have already opened the box/ envelope there can't be a refund or exchange
at all.
Q - I need a gift, but don't know what to get. What should I get?
A - A good gift for anyone is the Gift Cards. They can choose whatever they like and it's easy
to give. Don't try to figure out what to get someone when they can figure out what they want thereselves. Also the Backwards
Clock is a hit for anyone. Or if they like magic, then anything in the "Magic Tricks" page is worth it.
